Mix It Up Day

As a break from the winter “blues” and to give kids a chance to get together with fellow students with whom they wouldn’t normally interact, the Community Government sponsored its second “Mix it Up Day.” For two hours during the school day on Friday, February 11, students and teachers participated in an offering of 48 seminars, demos, contests, and concerts, all dreamed up and put together by their peers.

From the serious and topical (Eastern Europe, Tibetan Meditation) to the international (Thai Massage, Mahjong, Anime, Origami) to the athletic (Dodgeball, Flag Football, Karate) to the dance/musical (Break Dancing, Jazz Class) the range of offerings truly reflects the diversity of passions and talents of Masters School students and teachers.
